Green Well Renewable Power

Green Well Renewable Power Corporation was founded in 2007 to focus on the continued research, development, and rollout of its unique renewable energy technology, as applied to high fluid-flow oil and gas wells, by harnessing the kinetic energy generated by the heat of the earth, and converting it into clean, renewable electric power.

Overall, our company can be characterized as an owner - developer that builds – owns – and operates independent merchant power plant facilities that utilize our novel “linear driver” technology to generate revenue and profit by recovering heat energy contained in played-out or abandoned oil and gas wells or stranded geothermal resources. Green Well’s business model is to generate revenues by converting that energy into renewable electricity, selling that electricity into the renewable power markets at a profit, generating tax and environmental benefits for the owners and investors, and meeting the growing demand for renewable energy supply to utilities.

These commitments will be met from multiple projects; all with good access to fast-growing local and regional power markets. Each Green Well Project will have the potential for significant linear power production. With potential locations throughout the Midwest and Western regions, these projects should enjoy comparatively uncomplicated permitting processes; keen interest from local communities; strategic locations in a high-potential oil and gas and geothermal region in the U.S.; and will be focused on proximity to high voltage transmission lines allowing access to robust renewable energy markets.
